Home Grown Solutions – What the Accord means for Domestic Recruitment

At a time when international enrolments are being held back by Government visa policies, many eyes have turned to the domestic market – looking for new ways to grow enrolments of Australian nationals.

While the Accord says that enrolment growth over the next 16 years must come from equity groups that are under-represented in higher education, little has been heard from the marketing and recruitment teams who will need to drive enrolment growth.

A new webinar featuring Southern Cross University CMO Dean Gould and ACU’s CMO Kathy Vozella will dive into the issues and opportunities confronting universities in the domestic recruitment scene on from 11am-12 on Tuesday 30th April.

This webinar will examine the evolution of domestic marketing and recruitment processes, the factors that must change if we are going to attract more students in line with the Accord’s approach and provides an opportunity to hear from marketing and recruitment leaders about what needs to change if universities want a bigger slice of the domestic market.
