UNSW Partnership forged as Future Campus turns 1

At the same time as Future Campus celebrates its first anniversary this month, we are delighted to announce that UNSW Sydney is the latest institution to partner with Future Campus.

With more than 10,000 subscribers, many of whom are key decision makers in the higher education sector, Future Campus has established a strong following in 12 months.

“It’s great to see UNSW Sydney making a commitment to the future of the sector, supporting the work of Future Campus in providing independent news, insights and commentary from the sector, for the sector,” Future Campus Publisher Tim Winkler said.

“Without the foresight and commitment of partners like UNSW Sydney, we wouldn’t be able to keep operating. Partners understand that they not only get a range of opportunities to strategically communicate with others in the sector through Future Campus, but they also recognise the importance of editorial independence, and show their support for that in a really powerful way.”

“Future Campus has been largely funded by Twig Marketing and delivered through voluntary labour over the past year, but that’s not a sustainable model for the future. We will look to attract further partners over the next year and are looking at the best models for an Editorial Board, providing oversight for the publication.

“It will continue to be a labour of love, but the support of UNSW Sydney and also our other partners, including Unimutual, is critical in cementing a strong future for the publication.”
