La Trobe University Vice-Chancellor Theo Farrell, the remarkable new Dean of Education at the University of Melbourne Marek Tesar and Federation University’s Director of Marketing and Growth Jan Clohessy are among the outstanding speakers who have signed up for HE FEST 25 this week.
The program is now almost complete and is set to provide fresh insights into What’s Next for the sector, through a combination of extraordinary speakers from inside and outside of the sector, and a format which drives strong audience participation.
Deakin University Vice-Chancellor Iain Martin, VU VC Adam Shoemaker, ANU VC Genevieve Bell, Assistant Minister for International Education Julian Hill, Macquarie DVC Eric Knight, Monash CMO and Monash College CEO Fabian Marrone, UTAS MOOC whisperer James Vickers, Monash DVC (E) Allie Clemens and former chief photographer and visual storyteller from News Corp Neil Bennett are among a host of speakers at the conference.
Each session will involve talks of around 20 minutes, followed by 25-30 minutes of intensive Q and A, facilitated by the Future Campus team, bringing key questions from the audience to shape the conversation and focus in on key takeaways.
Future Campus Awards will be presented at the conference. Entries to the awards close at COB today.
The conference will be hosted at Deakin University’s Downtown campus in Melbourne’s Docklands area on 17-18 September, with workshops on 19 September.
