Appointments and Achievements

Alistair Flett has been appointed Chief Finance and Strategy Officer with Studiosity, joining from Nine Entertainment, where he was Group Director of Planning and Insights. In a flurry of senior appointments seeking to position Studiosity as a leader in Ethical AI Learning, Atlassian’s Head of Product Design, Greg Hodgson-Fobb has joined the company as new Chief Product Officer, while Pathify’s Troy Burnett has been appointed Senior Vice President – North America.

Garth Green (McGill U) will move to Australian Catholic U in Melbourne to becomes inaugural director of its new Hart Centre for Philosophy of Religion.

Claire Higgins will be Deakin U’s new chancellor, starting January, replacing John Stanhope. Ms Higgins is a professional director.

Ainslie Moore becomes ED, External Engagement at Australian Institute of Future Education – she moves from international ed services provider AEMG.

Simone Young has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Music degree by the University of Sydney, recognising her global impact and orchestral leadership.
