Nici Sweaney demonstrates a new avatar from Hey Gen, created by filming herself and recording samples of her voice, then entering a script for the avatar to read. The new streaming avatars in beta testing use similarly realistic renders of image and voice, leveraging large language models to respond in real time, and computer vision to recognise and appropriately react to visual cues.
